The Conference brought together, at the Bennett Institute, between 22 and 24 June, 800 delegates representing about 8,000 women from 65 Municipalities involved in the municipal stages. Its objectives were to evaluate the National Policy Plan for Women and choose the 154 delegates who represented the State of Rio de Janeiro at the 2nd National Policy Conference for Women.
