The seminar was held by the Special Secretariat of Policies for Women of the Presidency of the Republic-SPM, by the Patrícia Galvão Institute and by the United Nations Development Fund for Women (Unifem). The event brought together 240 women from 24 states, serving as space for discussion and reflection on the relations and representations of women in the media. Besides, the participants also made proposals for the 1st National Communication Conference (Confecom).
