Branca Moreira Alves, CEDIM (State Council for Women's Rights) President, at a Board meeting held at CEDIM’s former headquarters on México Street. CEDIM’s Board is made up of members representing different sectors of civil society. CEDIM-RJ has the task of advising, formulating, monitoring and implementing gender policies aiming at the enhancement and advancement of the female population.
