The Quilombo de Ivaporunduva is located in the Municipality of Eldorado São Paulo, on the banks of the Ribeira de Iguape River. With a population of 308 people (data from 2011), made up of 80 families, the Community survives on subsistence agriculture and the production of banana fiber handicrafts.
