The Conference was assembled by the Municipal Council of Policies for Women - CMP-MULHER / NIT, and by the Coordination of Women's Rights of Niterói - CODIM. It had, among others objectives, the discussion of the proposals of women from Niterói for the II National Conference on Policies for Women, and the selection of delegates who would represent the Municipality at the II State Conference on Policies for Women in Rio de Janeiro.
