The seminar was held by Grupo Arco-Íris and Movimento D’Ellas, with financial support from the Special Secretariat for Human Rights of the Presidency of the Republic (SEDH), and the National Secretariat of Public Security of the Ministry of Justice (SENASP).  Participated in the seminar representatives of LGBT rights organizations and public security agents, intending to broaden the dialogue between these sectors and create guidelines for the elaboration of a National Security Plan to Fight Homophobia.
